I have not found any cheats for this game but I have a few hints and tips.

To get rid of rat holes place a tree in front of the rat hole.

If you suspect there are rat holes behind a bench prees triangle and scroll over the bench, if you see a rathole delete the bench and add a plant.

If you have a real dirty hospital or have too many patients, save the game then reload it.
