This cheat gives CHALICE, INVINCIBILITY AND COMPLETE LEVEL.

Pause the game and hold L2 while pressing : up down square triangle triangle O up down square triangle.

It might take a while to get it right but you should hear a growning sound from the Playstation if you are correct.
